Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You will be charged on the date you upgrade to a paid plan and on each renewal period thereafter.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stellar and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service, including your resume and personal information. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

In no event shall Stellar, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
